A cool sequel to an underground classic.
Barney Bumble is a fool as usual and Larry Poppins, played by James Bridges, is hilarious!! I'm glad to see that Turtle finally get's his in the end, although I think Oscar took things a little too far. The soundtrack music is SLAMMIN!!!! Hardcore fans of the first film may enjoy this. Anyone else, they should watch the first installment, then this.
